The need for : inspiration

Weekly update: Keeping up a Daily workout regiment is tough... especially when consumed with a full day's work to do. This week, I'm learning the importance of surrounding yourself with people that will inspire and encourage you to be the best you can be!

This week my daily Starbucks trips have lead to coffee chats and book reading. From reading books on religion, business, and entrepreneurship Starbucks has turned into the perfect spot for brainstorming and quiet time. Where's your hideaway? Where do you find the most inspiration or who inspires you to continue pursuing your goals?...

One of my goals this week...
1. Pick a fitness Buddy
- it's always easier to do something when your with a friend!
2. Catalogue the Results!
- By keeping track of my Daily exercise I hope to better encourage myself to have consistency in my work out regimen and make it a priority to fit in every day....
